Stopping by engineering hall and are hungry or thirsty? Stop paying those vending machine prices and get chips, poptarts, diet coke, popcorn and more for only $0.50! Stop by 110A Engineering Hall to grab some food, or hang out and relax in the SWE office!

Memorial Stadium Concessions

2 points each shift! There will also be the chance to have fun with fellow SWEesters, watch some of the game, and even a free braut! The following dates and times are the home football games that SWE will be working. To sign up, contact Meagan at least one week before the event. Scroll down for more information.

How to Get Involved:

• Attend SWE's General Meetings and sign up to be on the mailing list
• Email Meagan Musselman, SWE Fundraising Director, with any questions you may have about our Fundraising activities
• If you would like to join the Fundraising mailing list, e-mail Meagan with the subject: SWE Fundraising Mailing List with your name and email address to be added to the mailing list.

More information on Memorial Stadium Concessions:

Here are some things you should know for each game:

• There is small entrance (Kirby Avenue side of Memorial Stadium) a little west of where everyone else will be going in with one or two security type people. Sign in at the white volunteer tent—don’t line up with the Event staff—go straight to the “Concessions” table to the right of the tent.

• We are on the East side, around Gate 19, so after you sign in, enter the stadium on the right side (the same way that all the fans enter). We are at a small-ish Johnsonville stand that will be along the outer wall of the stadium; NOT one of the brick stands.

• Please plan to arrive AT check-in at LEAST 15 minutes before your shift.

• Bring a photo ID to sign in

• For the new dress code: wear khaki bottoms (pants or shorts), an orange shirt, and closed-toe shoes.
